Thanks but according to the Docs this forces a rebuild next time IDEA restarts, the caches rebuild every time I restart anyways.

Tested under Ubuntu, works ok now.Only glitch is that it starts a new JFormDesigner for each form you work on.

Granted, but as mentioned I can't redistribute the third party jars....I suppose I could copy them to the plugin folder and ask the user to restart IDEA.
