Thanks! I downloaded the Outline plugin and am using it now. Looks pretty good, though not quite up to the standards of the tools built into PyCharm. :-)

If I hit alt+enter when the cursor is over an inspection warning, I can choose "Suppress for this statement" and it adds a comment like, "#noinspection PyAugmentAssignment" or whatever.

For me, if I just open up an HTML file, it works. If you start to type a JavaScript function in the script tag, doesn't it show a completion? ctrl+space manually brings up the completion if it isn'...

Did you try tapping on the Refresh icon in the Changes panel? It works for me, though I use mercurial.

Yeah, that constraint is hardly unique to PyCharm. I'd tried using sshfs for WingIDE and even Emacs, with poor results. Any IDE that's I/O-intensive is going to have this problem, and you can't do ...
