Right click Tomcat service, “Remove From Services”. This puts it back in Debug panel.

I've got the same issue in my 360Store project. `String x = thisVarDoesNotExist` shows in red. Mousing over shows no tooltip, unless I choose `View -> Error Description` or ⌘F1 I made a blank "Erro...

Checking the "Export" checkbox on the module that depended on the annotation solved this for me. Thanks!

I think this is caused be extending a component which doesn't have a no-arg constructor.
