Update#2: I needed to reimport the module, and faced this problem again :^O Second time I was not able to "workaround" it, so created http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-114420.

You should bind the Project Tool Window to the top left corner on main working area (not sure what is the right name for it...), and Structure - to the bottom left corner. In this case you will get...

Deleting the folder did not help. The file is NOT present in the repository (mentioned SVN error clearly states this).Any other recommendations before I open a bug for this?Thank you!Dmitry
