It exists in the latest 4.0.25 build for 138.1029 as well. I'll add info to the issues as soon as I get a chance. Thanks!

I agree. I have been doing production work with EAPs (with versioned files of course!) right when the first EAP of PHPStorm after 1.x was released. Now that I use IntelliJ I do the same. :) I just ...
