I found xdebug no longer worked after I upgraded to php 7.2. I had to turn off php-fpm. `sudo brew services stop php`. do sudo lsof -i tcp:9000 to check what's listening on port 9000

Thanks. For me the best solution was to allow PHPStorm to continue to use it's own profile and simply synchronise my settings. I only had to login to google to pull down all my extensions anyway. I...
