I've added `.env` to the root of a project, there wrote: PORT = "3000" but `process.env.PORT` still raises "Unresolved variable PORT". Could you, please, point me what am I doing wrong? IntelliJ ...

I already tried this: I defined in artifacts settings the folder structure of LIBS\NLPCORE\NER\classifiers, which contains the wanted files and re-created the JAR. Still the same error.
