I was able to fix it.I needed to go into IntelliJ perforce settings and use my workspace name, not my user name. Interestingly, both "tigris" (which is my user's name) and "tigris_wspace_75" worked...

Note #2: By "the actual test application" I mean the application that pops up in a separate Flash Player window after I click "Debug" button (not in the browser @ wrapper.html).
