@Maximdunavicher are you able to debug and set break points? I am able to run the services, but not debug them, so it sounds like your issue is totally different from mine.

For Mac OS X: I renamed all the directories so that I could find missing components and import settings from a "previous version" (my backup). Removing is a destructive option, so I would not reco...

Same symptom, but with PyCharm 2016.1.1 on Mac OS X 10.8.5. Had to force quit, cannot run PyCharm at all.
