I had the same problem on Mac. After upgrading all plugins the problem is resolved.

So even if I have a license,  there is no way to use a specific EAP version, with professional features enabled, for more than 30 days?

Indeed the config/keymap directory was missing my keymap. It only had "Default for XWin copy.xml".I ended up copyting my keymap from the config folder of an older intellij (version 13) that I still...
