I found the problem. The new remote development environment had symbolic links, creating path issues for the variables in settings.py.

Can you expand on this? I can't get my entrypoint runs then hangs as if it does not give control back to the dev server.

Ok, the problem is my docker-entrypoint.sh. I just have it execute and empty $cmd to keep it from exiting with 0 and not running the web server. Any ideas on how to run the entrypoint while still...

Anrous: Regarding the log file, are you referring to the ones in <your home dir>.PyCharm2018/system/log/idea.log and docker.log?
