Restarting the computer didn't do it, but deleting the .idea directory seemed to do the trick. The interesting thing is that debugging wouldn't work in any project, not just the one I was working ...

To clarify, when I say new, I mean an existing project (usually from the "Open Recent..." list) in a new window (which is set in Preferences, BTW), not creating a new project. Also, I am on Mac OS...

OK, it must have been a combo of the changes I made above and setting a path mapping (again) for Project Files at PHP | Servers.Breakpoints are working now.Thanks.
