Thanks, but that makes no difference, nor would it be a useful solution because I sometimes do want to move code fragments by drag-and-drop

Thanks for the prompt reply. For the record, whilst this is the functionality that I was looking for, the old wording makes much more sense (to me - I recognise that I do not represent all opinions...
