thank you Serge Baranov that fixed the issue.. unfortunately I lost all my IDE settings as I had not sync the same :(

Upgraded to latest 2021.1.2 and is giving a headache.. gives me an error on startup..tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. have tried the steps mentioned just doesn't work!! Is there any fix...
