Nothing. Both of them are just fine. As well as many other workarounds that surely exist for lot's of features that IDEA allows.But when it's done automatically (I mean, there's no way you wouldn't...

But for me 8243 on Fedora and Java 6 insisted on not seeing an *.ipr file created with 7.0.3 release - I had to re-create the project and answer "Yes" when IDEA asked to overwrite the files.

Ahhh, this one, right :)I've disabled it right away first time I saw it. Well, it kind-of works as "Are you sure ?" and is enabled by default. So it's the same as I thought.
