Hey, but CtrlAltB still doesn't support that :) Does it work for Ctrl+N only ? I'm on build 7562.

There are cases when it indeed happens: in our project we had to work with .java source files generated into the "target" folder. But it seems to me those cases are exclusion rather than a rule so ...
