Is there some way to have the "Run Git Hooks" checkbox in the commit dialog *not* be checked by default. I have to uncheck it every time. Whenever I neglect to, I get a hard to see error in the bot...

This happens for me when I delete all the files in my project directory and then re-generate them via a cli tool I made. (With the editor still open).
