This just happened again with the latest update. Luckly you can just delete the system directory in the .IntelliJIdea2018* directory, this will keep your current configurations and you should be ab...

Intellij Idea 2017.2 settings will not open Windows 10

Hello, I just updated intellij and now I cannot edit any of my settings as the settings menu will not open. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled using and still no luck. Please advise.
