Joaquimlozano , please upload you logs folder zipped from Help | Collect logs and Diagnostic Data to the FTP https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and let me know the filename.

Hi prisoneer , on which version does it happen? There was a known issue PY-57156, which should be fixed in latest 2023.3. You can remove the file and update to the latest version.
