When I disable horizontal scrolling with `defaults write com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.mouse MouseHorizontalScroll -bool NO` it still seems to occur.  It's awful.

What I'm seeing is function names and class names blink when they're not totally in view in the editor.  Almost seems like it's supposed to be a feature, but I can't fathom what the value might be.
