The issue is only with PHPStorm. ⌘ + (anything) works everywhere else. I think the issue is that PHPStorm is looking for the CTRL combo and I do not see how to change that from the keymap. I am ...

Thank you! That does reveal the problem. The keys are CTRL + C rather than ⌘ (Command) + C. Is there a way to change this? Thanks, Steve
