I would suggest changing the phrasing of both "Restart IDE..." and "Repair IDE..." and removing the ellipsis, as these menu options no longer trigger a dialog. If it's better to open a Youtrack tic...

Yes, seems like the entire dialog was moved there. I didn't even see this option under "File", as I was used to using "Restart IDE". Thanks!!

It used to pop a dialog with options such as "invalidate cache", "just restart" and 1-2 more that I don't recall their texts.
