I keep seeing updates to this where people open a ticket, mark it as a duplicate of a 'solved' issue and close it.... but I've been seeing it for months in Webstorm. I tend to have 5-6 projects op...

I'll check that ticket out when I can get to a computer; for some reason that youtrack page totally locks chrome on Android a few seconds into the load. Pixel 3a.

On the Mac at least, this is still present in Webstorm 2019.3.1Also annoying is undocking and Webstorm having very high CPU usage from there on for some reason. (Separate issue)
