I added an empty CMakeLists.txt file which seems to have removed the error. Still wondering what CMakeLists.txt means in context of complication database.

What I think is still missing is the ability to simply navigate to next changed file. Like the diff window, Next Change (Ctrl-Shift-Alt-Down) should ask if the user wants to go to the next changed ...
