Go to Settings->Path Variables and create entries for any external path you need.I use an entry "JAVA_DEV_PATH" pointing to my development dir, and my tomcat entries point to that: ...$JAVA_DEV_PAT...

It's not evident at all. Seems like youu track doesn't like users voting ;)You have to click the number of votes (right below the star and title) to vote for the issue.
