I just disabled settings sync for both IDEs, and this is enough for me. Right now I don't have troubles.

Upload ID: 2026_02_19_HJ4afEQ83iH5XaEqM9Y3g4I disabled sync, but you could see my previous settings for sync (disabled sync didn't help)
