I fixed it!The "Project SDK" needs to be named: "IDEA jdk".The problem was, I clicked "New..." instead of "Edit" when setting up the Project SDK and named it something differently.

I'm talking about code that has already been written that has "kept" blank lines. I know about Enter or Shift+Enter for "Start New Line", but that doesn't help my question.
