Hey After setting the blank lines setting everything else started to work as expected. No more spacing, so I control what is spaced how much. Thanks!

Wops found it, Settings>Editor>code style>c++blank lines tab. But hmmm how can I control pre-declarations? class something; class otherThing; class etc; class stuff { } ???
