Check if deleting everything inside ~/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/PhpStorm2020.3 helps, but please do not delete the directory, just leave it empty.

These are different licenses: 3 days is for PhpStorm, 14 days is for Laravel Idea plugin.

That appears to be a known issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-4897. It's fixed and the fix will be included in the next major IDE update. Meanwhile please check if following workaround...
