I can confirm, that it works in idea-IU-94.192, but it doesn't work in idea-IU-93.13 aka 9.0.1.

The newest version of http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace is http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd. If you look at http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/xml.xsd you get a warning, that this is out of date.RegardsAlex
