First case. Many modules, each of which compile fine one by one, but where a rebuild project results in the heap space error.

Flex Builder compiles everything with 1Gb. I did switch to the latest stable (3.3) Flex SDK but that did not really help all that much.No message telling me how to optimize the build process as far...

I changed both {Flex SDK}/bin/jvm.config and {Flex SDK}/bin/fcsh (note I work on MacOS). The result was that more modules got build but that eventually the heap space error still popped up.Peter

Oops - apologies - should have found that myself. I guess I got confused by my flex builder legacy where the html is a build output artefact.Thanks,Peter

Thanks for the prompt reaction. I have it working now. I must have messed up some config somewhere when 'importing' projects from Eclipse.I am all set to continue my testing.Thanks!Peter
