It happened to me some time ago also. Reason was that there was a duplicated library (so "breakpointed" class appeared twice). It seemed that the class inside editor wasn't the class loaded by clas...

yes it asked password before. but after then it repeats popping up the dialog.i am running it under ubuntu 10.04.

What I also miss is opening project by maven pom:===idea.sh /path/to/pom.xmli also added a ticket for that: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-55799

I just noticed that Intellij 9.0.2 got final. The upgrade was worth it, problem doesn't occur any longer :)

I had once similar problem. Have a look at 'Settings->Maven->Runner' whether a correct JRE is included. Sometimes wrong JRE reference is used there.
