Ah, it works in other look and feels except the MacOS one. I'm playing with Quaqua now, not as nice but usable so far.

I've been digging around my system. I forget where the log is on OSX. Is it on an FAQ somewhere?

I have the same problem under OSX 10.5.6. I can specify the path to firefox-bin but again it won't work if you already have firefox open.I think the easiest fix is to let the 'open' command on OSX...
