The plugin is currently configured to work up to version 95.0. I went in and manually updated the META-INF/plugin.xml file to say version 96.0 to temporarily work around it.

You probably want to do this:cp /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Resources/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub64 /Applications/Maia-10338.app/Contents/MacOS/idea
