Hi, as described I used double shift → Actions → Registry…, and then enabled "properties.file.encoding.legacy.support". Doing that solved the issue with the SVN changelists.It also solved the issue...

One more update: I've upgraded my PC to Windows 11 now, and can confirm that the build works fine for me now too. Building and starting the runtime configurations works as well as it did in 2024.1....
