erb extension in RubyMine 5

Hi.I cannot access the Extension menu in Tools. It allowed me to include the tag <%= %> (via cmd + shift + period).Where did it go?Thanks.

A regular Ruby file. The first time I reformated a few lines and tried to do the it again in the same file with EAP. Didn't work.
