That's exact the way I do.If this helps:I have Cygwin at c:\cygwinruby interpreter at c:\cygwin\bin\ruby.exestandard lib at c:\cygwin\lib\ruby\1.8gems at c:\cygwin\lib\ruby\gems\1.8
