I have the same problem in my project.After read your answers I didn't understood if adding the ScalaSDK to all the modules solves the problem.If it did for you, for me it doesn't, any suggestions?

The local temporary fix is to remove the lib and add the new version to the modules manually in the project settings

If we delete all the idea dirs and import the project again it works.But for big projects is is a big pain.This only started happening in the most recent versions of the plugin.Cannot precise which.

I have intellij 14 released today and i added the project clean. Only with the source files. Still it did not created it correctly.

I even cleaned some other folders i found that had logs and caches and I can't get it to work.Is your IDE version the one in the web page or a beta?
