Retina support has been backported to Java 7:http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=8009754Java 7 Update 40 should be out in mid-September.Best,Ismael

Hi Dmitry,The issue is that the option you mention is not available even though it can be seen that a newer version is available in the Update Centre (by looking at the Available tab, for example)....

I don't get updates either and I don't know the reason. A workaround that is easier than uninstalling and reinstalling is to go to the "Available" tab and click on the install button for the Scala ...

Not sure why, but I could not upgrade either (I also tried with 98.402). Uninstalling and reinstalling the Scala plugin worked though.Ismael

Did you read the bug report? The issue only happens if mixed Java/Scala compilation is used. It's possible that your maven build is either not doing that or doing it differently from IDEA.Ismael
