There is an "Order" tab next to the "Libraries" tab, where you can set the order of the libraries explicitly.

You can see the handle count from windows task manager, you just need Handles column to be set visible. Or use something like sysinternals process explorer

Also, One thing that came to my mind is that in the reported jvm bug the handle types were reported to be "Event". And in the case of leaking idea, the handle types are "Thread"hth

I'm using svn. But if I remember correctly, disabling the svn does not help.
