I downloaded the same version again and copied the devkit plugin out of the download copy into my plugin directory and now it works fine.I rally have no idea how I managed to break it this bad :\

I cant seem to find it in the internal plugin installer's list. I can see it in the devkit downloaded 37m package. But it seem to require itself (or the idea-jdk which i cant use yet) to compile it...
