I see, thank you. Do you know if it's safe to assume that if it's fixed in PHPStorm it will eventually be resolved in Intellij too? So no need to report it again?

Hi, I figured out what was going on and was able to find a solution.In my case, the problem was that the directories I was trying to mark as "Excluded" were, at the same time, marked as "Packages"...
