Problem was caused by plugin JSON Formatter version 0.3.2. I disabled it and now it works. Author of the plugin notified.

No old plugins at my place. I have TabSwitch, IdeaMouseGestures and BackgroundImage. But as I said it happens in #9013, but when I switch to #9008 which has same plugins it is working fine.
