My folders in my project window are gone.

But they still appear on the top row browser.Some git repos show it, this other one i'm in somehow doesn't show the folders anymore.Attached is a picture in case i'm not clear.

how do me open rubymine from the console?

i want to do this here:bish_fish/mine .and it open big_fish with rubymine.how do me?
