Specifically I'm using 111.217. And I don't have PHP installed locally, nor do I want to install the whole LAMP stack just to test this.

I'm running 3.0.1. Are you saying this will be fixed in a later release?Maybe it's relevant, so I should mention I'm running PHPUnit on Server.

Almost, it had to be with my username: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>And now PHPStorm is working correctly.I'm using Windows XP SP3

Adding a system variable for HOME pointing to C:\Documents and Settings\<username> seems to have fixed it. :)
