I'm gonna vote for this.Also PHPStorm does insert a close tag after you type an opening tag. But that doesn't do excatly what you want. I know.

I agree with Peter 100% Unless jetbrains is prepared to support every PHP framework out there. Why even waste the time?

After setting the IDE to use jQuery (the uncompressed version) I've had excellent code hinting. Even with jquery plugins.
