it's already in the current ariadna version. you can define library groups in:project properties / paths / libraries (the last tab).

yes i got exactly the same problem (build 662). there's no way to get rid of that dialog except killing the idea process from proces manager.i'm trying to find a sample that can reproduce this bug...
