My problem with IDEA 5 is mainly due to memory leaks. I remember being able to work with IDEA for weeks without restarting, while in 5.1 EAP I have to restart many times a day because my heap fills...

Not bad, as an idea: if I understand well one has to tell which java source file points to which destination file. Couldn't it be more useful if it were a general plugin for associating API methods...
