QuickDoc not working at all

As per https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-143619, QuickDoc stopped working over the past few weeks, and it seems like it needs more attention than the "Normal" priority would suggest.;ted

LiveEdit broken in 135.666
