TabSwitchPlugin request

On a dual-screen system, the TabSwitch panel pops up centered over the total screen width - making it difficult to read. Can we have it centering over the Editor instead?

Upgrade pricing for 4.0

How much will it cost for a version 3.0 personal licence owner to upgrade to version 4.0? Why isn't this information on the website?
